Chinyere Wilfred is a veteran Nollywood actress, film producer, and entrepreneur. Since beginning her career in 1992, she has appeared in over 200 movies and is widely recognized for her roles as a queen, mother, or humble wife.

Early Life and Education

Birth: She was born on March 23, 1970, in Aguluezechukwu, Anambra State, Nigeria.

Upbringing: Although originally from Anambra, she grew up in Lagos State.

Education: She attended primary and secondary school in Lagos. Later, she earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science from the Lagos State Polytechnic.

Professional Career

Debut: Wilfred officially entered the Nigerian film industry in 1992, making her debut in the movie Taboo.

Rise to Fame: She gained significant prominence through the popular soap opera Ripples.
